Service requests

This section is intended exclusively for UBC Energy & Water Services customers on the UBC campus. These customers consist of the UBC academic and administrative units and ancillaries such as Athletics, Student Housing and Hospitality Services (SHHS), and the UBC bookstore. Customers also include tenants like the University Neighbourhoods Association (UNA) and Vancouver Coastal Health’s UBC Hospital. Customers external to the university can call or email our office: 604.822.9445 or utilitiesclerk.buildingops@ubc.ca.
