UBC Service Requests
This section is intended exclusively for UBC Energy and Water Services (EWS) customers on the UBC campus. These customers consist of the UBC academic and administrative units and ancillaries such as Athletics, student housing, hospitality services (SHHS), and the UBC bookstore. Customers also include tenants like the University Neighbourhoods Association (UNA) and Vancouver Coastal Health’s UBC Hospital.
Placing a Service Request
To place a service request, the first step is to access our service request tool in PeopleSoft. This is the fastest and easiest way to get us working for you.
