These customers consist of the UBC academic and administrative units and ancillaries such as Athletics, Student Housing and Hospitality Services (SHHS), and the UBC Bookstore. Customers also include external tenants like the University Neighbourhoods Association (UNA) and Vancouver Coastal Health’s UBC Hospital.
