If you’re an Energy and Water Services (EWS) customer, there are three ways to get EWS working for you:


1. Submit a service request (internal UBC customers only. External customers please visit Customer Services).
Your first step is to ensure you have PeopleSoft access. View details on how to sign up for access. Submit a service request with our service request tool. Click on this instructional video to learn how to use PeopleSoft Service Requests.


2.Call in your emergency
In an emergency situation, such as a flood, blackout, or gas leak, please call the UBC Building Operations Service Centre for emergency support.

Not an emergency? UBC internal customers without PeopleSoft access can also tweet or email the Building Operations Service Centre.


3. Get hands-on assistance
If you need a little more guidance or have a complex issue related to energy and water in your building, our staff members are ready to assist you.
